Lacking in so many ways

This coat was a total disappointment. The material is more like a soft felt than anything. It's really lightweight. The fit is boxy. The sleeves are disproportionally long... I was disappointed because I love Kut from the kloth pants and was expecting a similar experience. Since I tossed the receipt, hopefully I can resell locally.
