I bought a large and I love the long sleeves but they are tight in the upper arms. I'm 5' 9" and 155, so not big. I love the color and will just wear it with a sleeveless tank top underneath. Yes, buy 2 sizes up if you want a relaxed fit.

This is a darling jacket, well constructed, and the color is beautiful, but it runs so small! Size up one, maybe two, if you want it to fit well enough to close.
