The photo does not do them justice... I would say, size down. I normally wear an 8 (5'3, 130) but size 6 is roomy, fit very well right on my hips (vs waist). Beautiful shimmer - will go with everything! Yes, dress them up or down. Have not washed them yet, have seen reviews that said to be careful. Will do. I was worried that the bagginess on my short frame would look silly - but they are not wide at the bottom so it works great and they are short enough (no need to roll them up at my size/height, I have ave leg length). The fit in the rear is very flattering too (way better than any other Kut jean I've had, or others ) so truly = these are the cutest!
