United StatesOf all my recent Kut blouse purchases, this is my fave ... its just soooo HAPPY and anti-Covid. Its s fresh pattern that will transition easily to summer thanks to the relaxed sleeves. I'm a size 10 in the shoulders but with a wee bit more chest so ordered the 12 and its perfect.
