I have to size down from a usual 6 (or 28” waist) to a 4 because the waist is big, stretchy and slides down my hips. I like the fit, but note that after sizing down it’s a bit more “straight” than “boyfriend” cut. Fortunately, it creates no muffin top. There are no rips in the jeans, and I can unroll them to a 31” inseam for a full length pant. I had torn jeans in my teens, and I don’t need to relive that fashion, And at 5’4”, capri styling just makes me look short. It’s hard to find a pair of jeans that doesn’t look like you are homeless, so I am grateful for these. I bought several pairs.

The strong dye smell remains even after washing. The fit is great, but I cannot get the smell to diminish.
