DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

At this time we are only shipping orders to The United States.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Due to recent increases in freight charges across the board, we have adjusted our shipping charges. All orders under $150 will now have a flat rate of $9.95 for standard ground delivery. You can still get free shipping on orders over $150! Please contact our customer service team with any questions you may have.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing on all orders. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery. Any order received after 10am PST may not ship until the following 3 to 4 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed during the week. Note, shipments may be delayed at any time due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for patience during this time.

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?

You must login to your account before you check out to use your points. They will be applied to your order at checkout.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU ABOUT MY ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY REFUND SHOW IN MY BANK?

Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we're experiencing delays in returns processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Once your product has been received by our warehouse it can take time to receive your refund depending on your bank. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please contact your bank to see what their policy is.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we strive to be your perfect fit, we understand if things don't turn out exactly as expected. We have a stylist team that would love to help.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective may be returned within 21 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. All items returned must have the original garment tags still attached. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Either return your item(s) and pay a $8.95 return processing fee per order or keep 100% of your money and select “Instant Exchange” to receive a Kut from the Kloth e-gift card.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure a smooth and safe return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Do not attach tags, UPC codes, or pocket cards to garments using any sharp objects such as safety pins or sewing pins.
  • Ensure that all garments are free of any foreign objects or debris before returning.

CANADA SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

Order Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after [specific time] on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping rates will vary based on shipping address.

Shipping Duration:
Standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 14-21 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, and delivery times may vary.

Shipping Partners:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photos or additional information to facilitate the resolution process.

Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
