Great jeans but arrived unhemmed

I’ve purchased many pairs of Kut jeans from retails stores but this is the first time I’ve ordered from the website. The jeans were supposed to be ankle length but actually arrived unhemmed (raw edge far below the ankle). I’ll either have to get them altered or roll them up each time.
